You can tune the engine and gain a little extra power throughout the powerband, but you can't change the peaks of the powerband. That's governed by bore, stroke, camshaft life height and duration, and other things.

Every engine has a powerband. The gear ratios are typically utilized to maximize the powerband of the engine for each gear. You're better off changing the final drive ratio in the transmission itself, but doing that in a daily is not fun. 4000 rpm at 55 mph would get old quick.

If you hold the button for 5 seconds TC and VSC do shut completely off and will not turn back on. When you quickly press the button, TC only shuts off until around 25 mph or so, then turns back on.

You're right, but it will be a set percentage below nominal air pressure. The algorithm won't change; it just depends on the resolution of the TPMS sensors (which use a strain gauge so should be able to detect in increments of 1 psi).

Since you're changing the blinker fluid, you may as well replace the muffler bearings. You can get performance once that add 5 hp. If they're painted red, it will add another 5 hp.

As far as the low washer fluid indicator, I believe that is only for Canadian bound vehicles. U.S. vehicles don't have that sensor.

Redstuff will still be far better than OEM. The OEM Toyota brakes are pretty bad and they do not hold up well to abuse at all.
