    2016 Corolla Cupholder Console Replacement

Which cupholders do you mean on the center console? The front center console cupholders or the ones on the rear?

    Does the Camry/Prius/Avalon Emblem fit?

The reason why Toyota moved to the flat Toyota emblem for the front was because the new emblem houses the sensor for TSS. I wouldn't think painting over it or putting vinyl over it would affect the sensor but completely removing it for a 3-D Toyota emblem or sticking one on top of it might...

    2018 Corolla upgrades foe performance

To add to my prior post, how much power do you want? Do you want a little bit more power that will help become more responsive or do you want to gain a lot of power? Obviously, you bought a 132 hp Corolla so you shouldn't be expecting 200 hp from this car stock. If you want to do a few mods like...

    New Corolla (hatch) 2019 official

I'm so glad they kept the manual! The hatch looks really good and it has the 2.0L M20A engine too making 168 hp. I wonder how the sedan will look.

New Corolla (Auris Hybrid) - Geneva presentation

The UK Auris uses both the 2ZR and the new 2.0L Dynamic Force hybrid which means both engines can be fit into the new chassis. Wonder if we'll get both. Overall though, the new Auris looks really good!

New CVT CVT for tne new Corolla ?

The 2.0L is Toyota's Dynamic Force engine which they've made themselves. The BMW engine is supposedly being put into the next gen Auris sports model which is reportedly called the GTi. I think since Toyota is working with BMW for the new Supra, those rumors started but if this is true, it could...

    CVT Transmission Issues ??

From the video, your CVT belt may be slipping (or just not getting contact at all) or the computer put your transmission into neutral for some reason. The jerk at the end makes it seem like it got put into neutral and then into drive as you were pressing the gas.

That color is my favorite on the Corolla. It looks so good in the sun! Black Cherry Pearl looks good too.

Corolla gets #2 Consumer Reports Best Buy Rank

The NA market has never got a V6 but in other markets... "In August 2007, Toyota released the Blade Master and Blade Master G, an upgraded trim of the Blade which features Toyota's 280 PS (206 kW), 3.5 litre 2GR-FEV6 engine, larger brakes, and an upgraded suspension. Toyota discontinued the...

    dust comin in

If there is moisture there as well, I'd think the weather stripping on the door may be loose. There is also a water protector thing behind the door panel that usually blocks water that gets inbetween the door shell and glass from coming in. Maybe yours has a gap in it or it's torn (it's a...

    Power windows Actuator

The grind noise that everyone hears at startup is most likely the VVT. It's always been an abnormality with these engines and in the 2009 and 2010 Corolla's, Toyota addressed the sound a little bit because it would grind a lot louder like in the video Chris linked. Some people say that a certain...

    2014 Corolla Hesitation

I'm assuming your talking about the MADE IN CANADA line in the VIN in this picture: That states where the car was made, not where the CVT was built. It says made in Canada because the car was built at TMMC while on your car, it says it was built in the USA since it was built in Mississippi...

New CVT CVT for tne new Corolla ?

That's the new engine that'll probably replace the ZR engine series that our Corolla's currently have. Thank God they didn't go to small displacement turbo engines like Honda has. The new 2.0L Dynamic Force engine makes about 169 hp and 151 lb/ft which isn't bad considering it is a lot more...

    Radio Rebooting?

"this is 2018 and cars these days are all about electronics. If Toyota can't get its electronics right and can't take responsibility for having defective components in its cars then I'll be looking at Honda's the next time I need a new car." I hate when people think like this. No matter how an...

    FINALLY 350HP COROLLA!

You've got an interesting swap that you are about to do. The H22 is a good motor and if you're able to put it in this chassis, you'll have a really unique car. It's gonna cost a bit of money but as long as you're happy with you're car and build, that's all that matters. Good luck and hope it...

Worst Case Scenarios for out 11th Gen Corollas

"It’s too early to talk powertrains but expect a series of inline-4s and perhaps a hybrid option. Toyota has announced new 8- and 10-speed automatic transmissions that will be coming to replace a number of 6-speed and CVT units it currently uses, though it's not clear if these will make it into...

2015 Corolla S rear brake conversion

Actually, I would think using the 11th gen rear disc brakes would be easier. I'm pretty sure the rear axles are the same between the drum and disc setups so you'd just have to swap the brakes themselves only. But using the 10th gen swap thread as a guideline will help.
