Do not replace until the existing one dies.

Open the radiator cap and start the car. wait untill it heats up. give the throttle little blows upto 3000 rpm for few seconds and add the coolant if required. Do it 3~4 times and it will blow the air out.

The First question is: which piece is missing ?
