I find it funny how the industry went from fully sealed headlamps to headlamps with replaceable bulbs and now we are back to sealed headlamps again. However, the fully sealed LED headlamps do perform well (as long as they are aimed correctly) but they do cost quite a bit maintenance wise as well.

Check for leaks and check your oil. If it's a bit watery looking, you might have a bad head gasket but with that mileage, I doubt you'd have that. You may just have a small leak somewhere. How much coolant have you lost?

The 2ZR-FE that was in your 2011 is the same as the one in your 2017 aside from a silencer on your intake hose. However, your 2017 has the CVT which could cause it to act differently from the 4 speed in your 2011. However, the engines are the exact same between the two.

I'm looking at possibly doing this too. I've seen some videos on Youtube of 2ZZ swapped 10th gens so it's possible. I'm not sure about the engine mounts but since the Altis in some markets came with a 1ZZ, the mounts are possibly the same and so it will fit the 10th gen just fine.

I'm assuming the plate on the bumper is from the original owner and not yours. If that's the case, I'd try and find a way to contact the owner and see if he/she wants their bumper back. You never know, maybe the person came back the next day to look for their bumper only for it to be gone.
