The L, LE, & LE Eco all have drums in the rear. A lot of vehicles do, even some of the lower end Camry's as well as Honda's. The S models are the only ones with 4 wheel disc brakes, as are the new 2017 SE & XSE models that have replaced the S.

Yes I believe that's what the OEM plugs are. The OM is very specific about using the iridium plugs.

I've got the Power Stop Z23 Evo Extreme kit on mine. Cross-drilled & slotted rotors, with carbon fiber & ceramic pads. I've also painted my calipers. I wish Brembo had a kit for the Corrolla like they do for the Civic.
