    Rim Size Fitment

Well you calculated something wrong. I'm surprised that the tire shop you used didn't catch it. Here are the correct diameter sizes for our Corolla. 195/65R15 205/55R16 205/50R17 225/45R17 245/40R17 225/40R18 215/35R19 Any of these tire sizes are at the 25" diameter.

Like what? It's an oil catch can. I installed it when I installed the turbo system. It's a single in to single out. I do have a dual in to single out that I'm going to upgrade it with. I'll connect a line form the PCV valve with the new one. I bought a new PCV valve for when I do it this spring.

    Test n Tune Time Slips

On my 2009 Corolla S I had those same mods and a dyno showed that I gained 10-12 hp. My car is a 5-speed manual and it felt much quicker too so the dyno conformed it.

    Rim Size Fitment

Actually a 225/45R18 tire is too big. You should be using a 225/40R18 for the proper diameter that will keep your speedometer accurate. The proper diameter for the Corolla his 25.0" and the 225/45R18 is 26.0" which is way too big.

    Rim Size Fitment

Those will fit just fine and the tire size is the best diameter fit. You are even okay with any wheel that is 8" wide and a 35mm offset.

You're eye is accurate, it's a catch can.

    2ZR-FE Turbo Kit

You need to find a good local independent mechanic that will work on your car for reasonable amounts. They are all over the place, you just have to look around. I found a guy near my mom in New Mexico for her that would change her oil once a year in her Lexus ES350 and Highlander for $10 when...

    FINALLY 350HP COROLLA!

I didn't supercharge my Corolla. I turbocharged it with the turbo kit from Turbokits. They have a kit for the 2ZR-FE so giddy up!

    2ZR-FE Turbo Kit

34k miles in 10 months?? Damn!! Keep in mind that the CVT is not a 7-speed, it only fakes them and makes you think it actually has gears. And why would you pay $800 for a charcoal canister? Mine went out and the part was just over $100 and it was super easy to install. Took me less then an hour...

I was trying to tie in with my red TRD front strut brace, hence the red. I did a little of the same thing on my 89 Supercharged MR2.

    Body kits

I've always hated that the 11th Gen Corolla didn't have a body kit on the S or even a kit available. When I bought my 09 Corolla S that's what I loved about it at first sight. It's also one of the things that I love about the iM, the body kit looks so good on it.

Snowstorm and this is what the underside looks

I bought a bag of new clips on eBay or Amazon years ago as they do sometimes fall out. I check them all every time I change the oil.

What bulbs are you running in your 2009-2011 Corollas

I did a complete HID retrofit on my 2009 Corolla S. I use HIR halogen bulbs for the high beam as they are the brightest halogen bulbs that you can buy. For my fog lights I installed some LED fog lights from TRS. They are just plug n play and I love them. I use them as my DRL's since I...

    Lets talk tires!

I wouldn't run them year round. Above 45F a winter tires performance will decrease and wear out much faster. The tread compound is designed for colder temps below 45F. Just braking performance will be much worse at 70F. If you use 2 different sets of tires that are meant for the proper seasons...

    Engine Bay Dress Up

I added a little red many years ago to my 10th Gen and when I turbocharged it I had the engine cover hydrodipped in carbon fiber. I love the look.

    low oil pressure

Maybe it's the oil pressure sensor. I actually installed an oil pressure gauge on my 10th gen Corolla to give me more information. I hate just having a light.

    Lets talk tires!

I had great results from General tires. I'm not worried about a tire lasting that long as those tires tend to have a lot harder tread compound that hurts handling and braking performance which is an important safety issue to me. I also drive in a lot of rain so wet performance is important and I...

    Issues pitting in gas

I had to replace my charcoal canister on my 2009 Corolla S a couple of years ago. Over filling is the main issue which I used to do. It was an easy fix though. The part was around $100 from the dealer and it took me less then an hour to change.
