Your car isn't coil on plug. So there is only one ignition coil for all 4 cylinders, so that isn't it. Not sure about the possibility of a coil pack missing on only one cylinder, but it might be possible if it was physically damaged or manufactured improperly somehow. I'd remove the ignition...
