Sounds like it will fit but you need to check if the bolt pattern are the same. Your corolla bolt pattern is 5×100 I don't know about the lexus if it uses the same bolt pattern.

I'm not sure if you can flash the ecu on any toyota unless it's using some sort of a piggyback obd2 drive with tune software at least that's what I was told.
