You should be okay, but I am curious about the constant uphill grade and how that will affect transmission fluid temperatures. Just so you know, your car is going to get really sluggish and lethargic by the time you hit the 12k elevation mark. By the time you reach the summit, idle your car for a bit to cool the transmission down. When coming down, make sure it is in a low enough gear ratio to avoid riding the brakes. There is a brake check station at about the halfway point coming downhill and they will make you park if your brakes are over 300 degrees.
