Iridium plugs are always pre-gapped from the factory. You can check them with a spark plug gap gauge tool. If the plugs don't have the correct gap, they may have been damaged in shipping. I would return them for new ones. Don't try to re-gap iridium plugs.

On most cars they are usually 8mm or 10mm. Our 2005 Corolla had 8mm brake fluid bleeder valves. Make sure you start at the wheel furthest from the master cylinder and then work your way towards the front driver side.
