Do you have the display radio? If so, it should do the same thing. Check the owners manual I had to adjust the settings on my 14 corolla and it works fine. There is also a toyota owners app that has a lot of info about our cars.

I did that once, but I had a guy make a bolt on by- pass in place of the cat. I was having trouble with it so I wanted to be sure, but it had an unintended effect, as soon as I put it on people stopped riding my bumper so I left it on. And yes it did haul ass too but didn't change the mileage.
