When doing emblems you have to spray from every angle. Top, bottom, and sides at an angle. If it keeps peeling off then you didn't add enough coats.

Thinner coat means less endurance against the elements and other things. When I plasti-dip my end result is always smooth. I take my time with it, shake up the can really well, and spray from 6 to 8 inches away.

Probably, I don't know if I want to use the plasti-dip smoke or just put some tint on them. The plasti-dip smoke has a grayish color to it.
