I've challenged them with basically what you just said and didn't get a firm answer. They said, if we get noticeable number of failures down the line - Toyota may fix under warranty since they've done that in the past but that was his speculation and not an actual statement from Toyota...

True Jolly, even though eco has alu rims they use narrower tires. Not sure about LE with steelies, they may be narrower as well but not positive. Although may not seem like a lot it makes a lot of difference.

Make sure your phone volume is set adequately since it may be set too low and even though car volume is set high it'll still be to low. You would think that it should reflect phone's settings but I've had weird situations similar to what you're describing by adjusting phone's conversation volume.

Not too bad then. I'm surprised since most cvt rollas aren't getting this type of mileage. The other thing is if you've got stock 15 inch wheels, they're narrower than LE/Eco/S Narrower wheels=better fuel economy. Also, L means lighter vehicle due to no optional equipment, it all adds up.

Probably if you don’t need an update. Acceleration is so effortless now. Sucks that my cvt wasn’t performing to its fullest potential prior to this.

Just got my cvt reprogrammed. Took about an hour but damn, car drives different. Seems like it’s a lot more smooth and more torque from stop. I don’t have to push it and it goes good. I can definitely tell they’ve reprogrammed it. It’s actually fun to drive now. I didn’t expect this. :)
