I am sure they do, just check the fuse box under the hood and dash, they are all labeled. However you can pick up a new headlight on eBay for around $200.

I really want to remove mine, but I like my MPGs. So they will stay.

I noticed something like this as well, I don't think it's a big deal. I actually took my entire dash apart recently and didn't see anything strange.

There are not to difficult, i got them off ebay (type "LEDGlow") You can fish the wires under the dash and center console very easily. The hardest part was wiring them in. Don't forgot to buy there expandable circuit!

Really strange, my A/C cools down almost instantly. My advice is get it checked out and use a sunshade.
