When I first got my body kit I didn't install the spoiler right away and this is how it looked like, I kind of miss it being without a spoiler but until I learn how to fill in the holes I had to drill, the spoiler has to stay on!

I like both but I feel they don't look right unless you have the body kit as well. For me, they're a bit too big and the body kit needs to compensate for it.

I had to replace my front lip as I am too low. I'm not sure if being so low causes more rock chips but I noticed there are a ton on my front lip and some have left gouges. Side skirts and rear lip are still in good shape.

I have the Mapisa one. I've had my body kit since it came out 2 years ago. I believe that lip appeared on eBay recently.

Aside from the front bumper, you'll need the fog light bezels, lower grille, and upper grill to do an S swap. It should use the same amount of hardware, nothing new added. No fitment issues either. I've done a S to LE swap on a friend's car already.

I've driven on my lowering springs for around 18k miles, struts are still fine. I'm not too sure how often struts need to be replaced but in the long run it'll would probably be better to get coilovers. I've installed the 2006 STI lip on my friends Corolla. Yes the STI lip actually goes all the way around the bumper but no it still doesn't fit properly. Here are some pics, you can see the bottom corner of the lip is all scraped up from being tilted like that:
