ABS won't be affected unless the tires are different sizes. With all 4 tires at the same size (regardless of the size difference from OEM), the ABS activates when:
1) One or more tires rotate more slowly than the others (steering input is also looked at to determine if this isn't happening due to turning).
2) All four tires lock up (there is an algorithm to detect total lock by looking at the deceleration values).
TCS will not be affected either.
VSC, on the other hand, will be affected because of inaccurate speeds being reported.
Regardless, I still wouldn't go with the taller tire because as Scott noted, the aerodynamics are affected and the speedometer will be off, and the ability to corner is diminished (which can affect you when the roads are clear of snow).
