Water leaking on passenger floor/hear water slush

On my wife's 09 Corolla water collects in the tray under the glove compartment and begins to leak on the passenger floor mat. I also hear a significant amount of water slushing directly behind the glove box when making turns. I don't think the AC can be leaking because that hose is located under the floor mat, and it is attached correctly. Besides, the water is dripping from above that point. I attached a picture of the tray under the glove box to show where water collects if anyone has any ideas. Any help is appreciated!

If your not seeing water drip under the car after using the air conditioning then you may have a blocked up drain hose .

Yep just like toyboy said, it's the drip from the a/c unit. Did you move anything form the glove box area? Or change your a/c filter? Or it's clogged line.
