USP error 4

I have a problem in my corolla 2014 after recharging my I phone 4s and the other I phone 6 via USP port they aren't charged and a message ( error 4). Was displayed on screen. The radio , cd device is non touchable type. Is there is any solution for this problem.?

Is your phone locking access by any chance? I know with Androids I have to give permissions when connected to USB or the phone ignores it (odd that it doesn't charge though, it should even if locking access).
