Yeah been driving on a very larger one in Florida, nothing new about these, they are way long over due.

If you look at them you want to speed, you will pay the price, and they did that over here. to go through tunnels.is it worth it? NO, not at all.

CHP patrols the car pool lanes more often than the standard lanes to catch speeders and car-pool violators. $460 a pop for every moron that tries to jump in the car pool lane solo.

HOV lanes or car pool lanes?

that is life, find a local road to drive on. or take public transportation, but as long as you own a hybrid you should be accepted in HOV, carpool lanes as a single driver, a way they are forcing GREEN

HOV is equivalent to car pool. If they are called express lanes, then it allows you to travel for free with 2 or more occupants, or pay if you are alone (I-15 is technically an express lane and also features dynamic pricing based on traffic).

Or be like me, and get a job with hours that are away from traffic :-D

Hybrid, EV, and Motorcycles are okay here for express lanes.
