Trunk Lip Spoiler

I have a 2015 Corolla and I would like to get a trunk lip spoiler, I like the way it looks. However I have quoted with the dealer and it costs Usd 450.00

I think that for that kind of money, I will not get one, except there are least expensive ones around.

Any good suggestions?

The OEM spoiler can be had for $109.26 (plus shipping) http://toyotaparts.bochtoyotasouth.com/oe-toyota/7687102924
But that is unpainted. And you'd need all of the clips & tape (or just the tape if you want to go that route)

Some generic (factory replicas) can be found on ebay, already painted for $100

Thanks to Savoir Fair and to Frozen Biker for your suggestions! Both are right, the dealer quoted the unpainted one, so the price covers the paint job, and installation. Still it is very expensive, and when possible I will follow your advice and will try to get the one offered through EBay. Please let us know how yours turn out when you get it. Thanks again!

Don't forget you will need to drill into the trunk to install it...

After all it doesn't seem to be a DIY job, at least not for me as I don't have the tools to do it...perhaps it is better to do it at the dealer, as the work is guaranteed. Thanks to all

Either the dealer or a body shop. Plus if the spoiler is unpainted the body shop can paint it and blend it in with the rest of the car.

Ebay is the way to go as most mentioned. Yeah the spoiler gives that subtile look and streamlined. I wish there are other options on different types of spoilers though that will be cool.
