Toyota Corolla Key Registration Error Codes B2794 & B2795

In a 2009 Toyota Corolla LE, when I open Techstream and run the "Immobiliser key registration wizard" to "register" a new, freshly-cut transponder key (Toy44D), If I see the following errors:

> Error Key Registration - The Registration has failed. The communication error occurred between the key and the ECU.
> B2794: Unmatched Encryption Code
> B2795: Unmatched Key Code

Does this indicate something about the MASTER or the BLANK key? Thanks for any help!

I have a 2005 Toyota Corolla lost all keys just got new one and wont work called dealer and now they want 300.00 to program new key. I looked this up and it took like 2 mins is there some trick to do it with out going to dealer
