Toyota corolla 1999, radio, interior lights, and longlights issue,

#1
So, i had the original radio from toyota in this car (panasonic), baught from a old cupple had it all thayr life.
Wanned to change the cd player with my own 2011 pioneer player i had laying around.
started taking out the old original one and tryed putting in the new one. but like a newb i tryed putting the panasonic cable that was original in the car in to the pioneer. thinking that its all universal and i just had to cut of the clips on the plastic entry on the cable. but i realized soon anought i needed somthing called a adapter from Toyta original whiring---> ISO- Pioneer--->pioneerplayer.
i went a few days later and baught new cables i needed. and connected, nothing worked.
but here is the hard part readers.
as i had all connected with new adapters and iso cable. clock, interior lights, and my LONG lights didnt work.
but my headlight / longlights acted different, thay would work here and there as i twisted and turned the light handle from parking lights and out and in / on and off. for a few days. same with klock. as i would try the rooflights/ readinglights the clock would turn of and on. as if a fuse isnt broken but has a on and off funtion (wich i know i doesent have) on it when a electrisity problem happens.

i have changed ALL fuses under the stearingwheel. checked all fuses under the hood. checked them with mulitimetre and visualy checked them for meltings or other overheat signs.

i checked the BLUE fuce left of the big black fuse on the passenger side under the panel by youre right foot when u sit in the seat. its a blue fuse there hidden on the left side of the black / gray reley/fuse. i checked if there was connection between the poles on it. with no power on in the car. and it beeped in the multimeetre. so what can the problem be. if anyone wants photos or anything at all tell me.
and im sorry about my english,

Badius
Thaks for polite answers.
