What tail light mods has everyone done?

nothing. I personally like the idea of being seen at night.

I put leds on top and and by the plate. and still people tend to Be near sighted they have to pull right up on your tail? Be seen not pulled to the side explaining why you thought it was cool

I do like the looks of that but I wouldn`t do it for fear of cutting down my brightness.

Nothing for me neither. I wouldn't do anything to dim my tail lights for safety reasons. IMHO, dimmed tail lights don't look appealing at all.
