Chris, question. I'm thinking on putting spacers on my stock rims to make the stance little wider and possibly improve handling a bit. I think my stock aluminum rims that came on the premium are exactly what you had on your car before you swapped.
Do you know of any good spacer brands, best you can get and none from ebay or amazon? Also, do I go same width front and rear, if so 20mm or 25? I heard hubcentric bolt on is the way to go. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Because I replaced the rims, I never researched spacers. So I have no knowledge on them.
I'm sure someone in this forum is using them though.
As for hub centric, I'm thinking that applies to the center hub mounting point. I know I had to buy hub centric rings for my rims. I don't know if it's a brand name or not. Mine came from eBay, lol.
The inside of your rim should look like this
I believe those empty sections between the bolt holes are useful when using spacers.
Ask brothabear, I think he might be using spacers.
Sorry but that's all I got.
