Stained headlamps

#1
My Corolla is a 2015 model, bought around October 2014. About 6 months ago, I noticed that the headlamps were getting kind of foggy and dark dark spots inside. The dealer changed them as part of the guarantee, and replaced them with a new perfect set. Now a few months later, they are beginning to get dark stains and foggy again.

These units are sealed, no water nor moist has gotten into them, but I'm sure it has to do with some bad quality and in a year or two, they will be dark and will look very old. Has anyone else noticed the same?

I haven't seen anything odd on my headlights and I'm usually tinkering with the front end of the car every other week. I have a 2014 model. Did you happen to have any pictures?

The problem I had was with the tail lights and moisture accumulating within the fins on the outer tail lights which I had replaced and the new set is doing the same thing.

This should not be happening, because moisture will stain your lamps eventually and will make them look opaque. Have you tried taken the car to the dealer again? Perhaps you can get a new set. These lamps are defective or were not properly installed.
