Sport Button problem - corolla 2015 S

Hello friends
as i adviced previously to change my gear box sport button , i carried on but still it dosent work
i brought another sport button its not working.
what now?

Sport button problem...
Due to the location of the sport button, it is subject to liquids spilling into it. Has this happened? You can easily remove it and carefully disassemble it for cleaning. I would suggest rubbing alcohol and Q-tips.
You may also purchase a new switch from your Toyota dealership.
This may be all that’s wrong.

I had a similar issues with my Highlander rear climate controls. The kids had spilt so much stuff on it that we had no control. After removing and disassembling it, I discovered that the dried liquids had made permanent connections between some of the contacts. Used some rubbing alcohol and Q-tips to clean it up. Reinstalled, and everything works like new again.

well , thank you chris
i bought another Sport button but still it doesent works , despite i cleaned both button and its wire connector but still its quit.
What should i do now ?

Yeah, it would help a lot.
I had another thought, maybe you have a bad coil pack or spark plug?
Is your check engine light on?
Do you have a code reader?

this may be wrong but i had a stroke of genius...... good it be possibly a blown fuse in your fuse box? if the sport button posses a fuse than i bet that is 100% your answer..... my headlight and taillight fuses blown and no matter what bulb i tried it did not work....ended up needing to change some blown fusses in the fuse box...
