Speaker Recommendations?

Anyone replaced the stock speakers in their Corolla? These factory ones don't sound to great to be honest.

I'm looking to upgrade the rear first since it's the easiest, but I wanted to hear some recommendations from people here first.

Ideas?

Depends on how much you want to spend. If you are on a budget, you can get Pioneer / Infinity / JL Audio 3-way speakers for relatively cheap and they will sound great. If you have money to drop ... I would invest in a component 6.5" system for both the front and the rear ... they have brackets that will convert a 6 x 9 opening into a 6.5" opening and a spot for a 1 1/4" tweeter to go into.

Yea, not going all out on speaker upgrades. Probably Pioneer 6x9 3 way for the rear and probably the same for the front along with the A-pillar tweeters.

The front takes 6x9 speakers as well? 2 way or 3 way for the front?
