S plus 6 speed suspension mods

I have a 14 s plus 6 speed. Its stockish, minus tint ect. 20k.

I've been wanting to lower it and put a sway bar and strut brace on it, my question is is trd worth it, does trd make a strut brace, and would aftermarket parts on suspension void my warrantee

Parts only void the warranty if they can prove that part caused the failure.

The 10th gen TRD strut brace fits.

The TRD rear sway bar is worth every penny.

what mod reduces the chassis flex, and understeer the most what one should i do first

The TRD rear sway bar gives the car a slight oversteer and it handles way better in corners.
