Replace head unit in 2019 Corolla XSE hatchback with a unit compatible with Android Auto

Simple enough question, is it possible and what unit/model would you recommend? I'm concerned with how most aftermarket infotainment centers would fit in the dash.

As far as fitting, some exist. But as far as quality and real functional compatibility I wouldn't dare to say but I wouldn't bet... with descriptions like: "Carplay USB Dongle: Compatible with IOS and Android mobile phone"

You can always search crutchfield.com and see what they have. They throw in adapters and such for free. Bought my first head unit and speakers there for $150. Definitely a huge upgrade in my '99 intrepid

Ah, replacement of touchscreen can be a problem, yeah, but only if you don't know where to look for a new touchscreen that will fit for your exact car and your exact integrity system. When I was replacing my touchscreen 2 months ago, I have found one here among the others, and compared all the specifications, prices, etc, made my choice on BOSS.
