Repairs worth doing?

Hi there. Everyone. New around here but was hoping you all could help me with a question. It's time to sell my beloved 2005 LE (82K miles, good condition, new tires) and I wonder if it's worth doing a few things to help with the sale:

It needs new bumper inserts, 1 new hubcap and has some scratches. If you were selling, would you make these fixes: is it worth it?

What do you mean by bumper inserts? The bumpers are in behind the cover so are you referring to the visible part in which case it would be the Bumper Cover. If it is the covers you are referring to it depends on how bad they are. You would have to likely get them painted to match if they were just switched out and/or some body work done to them and then painted, either way if someone is going to buy the vehicle AS IS and they are fine with the bumpers the way they then no worries on you part. I don't think you will get back the money you invest on new or used covers. Same with hubcap in my opinion
