King Fiber makes a diffuser but you need their rear lip as it fits their rear lip and not the rear bumper itself.

I had one custom made for my corolla as I wanted to integrate a 4th brake light. I had to cut up into my rear bumper and mount the diffuser onto the crash bar.

The RS kit for the 2017 Corolla has a rear diffuser, not too aggressive though. I'm not sure if they would sell it with a 2014-2016 body kit either but you could try asking.

Me, by putting a hitch most likely made the rear diffuser useless. I wonder if there is something I can cover it with, or attach a diffuser to the bottom of the hitch to make the air go over it not against it. Still, hitch is a way more aerodynamically better than a roof rack.
