Radio not turning on

the whole head unit doesn’t turn on
Side mirrors don’t adjust
AUX and USB port won’t work
Time clock won’t turn on

What can be the situation?

I checked the fuses and they are good

fuses where under the hood or under the dash. check both places.

Yes I checked both places they are good

Found out that it’s my side mirror when I adjust it (it’s a 2016 Toyota Corolla mirror) my car is a 2015 not sure if it’s not compatible)

Also it was a fuse

the radio has a fuse in the back, check that one, the mirrors can be the adjustable switch
