PCV valve replacement

Drive a 2015 pearl white S plus, 1.8 CVT with ~65k

couple questions here:

1. maintenance schedule does not say when to replace PCV valve. so my questions is at what mileage?

2. cost to replace at dealer is $340. seems a little high to me. Based on some things I have seen, the valve is located under the intake manifold. Is this true?

I have a 2014 with 79K miles. I have not replaced my PCV valve yet. As far as I know I have no issues with it . The PCV valves are wear you said , that is why I haven`t done mine . PCV valves are pretty cheap . Older Corollas the PCV valve was right out in the open and anyone could replace one in about 5 minutes.
