New Battery, Lost Bluetooth

I put a new battery in my daughter's 2014 Corolla LE this morning. Now, the Bluetooth and USB options in Setup are greyed out, and she can't set up her phone.

Everything else seems to be working.

I've searched and found many instances of the Bluetooth function being greyed out, but not after a battery change.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Try disconnecting the battery again for 5-10 minutes. If that doesn’t work, I’ve heard there’s a way to force the radio to reboot. Might be in the owners manual.
Also, you might have to go through the setup process again and maybe that’s why it’s grayed out?
Is this a NAV unit?

Yes, it's a NAV unit.

The good news is my daughter texted me last night that it is now working. I just hope it continues to.
