check the local junkyards for bmw e30 rims. they're 4x100 and slightly larger than factory toyota hubs so they will fit. i have had a set of 14" bbs on my 95 and now just moved up to 15"bbs with 195/55r15 rubber they work well and were cheap...... and i think the old basket weave look is pretty classic with the car
