Lost All My Keys - 2009 Corolla

#1
So all my keys were lost and my car is currently locked at my residence. I know I can buy a blank/unprogrammed key online for fairly cheap (~$60). My question is, if I take that to the dealership with my vin number, will they be able to cut it for me to take back to my residence to unlock my car? There are guides online on how to program it but they require the car to be unlocked. I am basically asking if all it takes for my car to unlock is the correct cut with no programming involved, as that would save me some money.

Call a Lock Smith.

Years ago you would just call a number Like Keys USA give a Vin number, head to the dealer and Pick up the keys.
No longer, back in the late 80's. No proof needed.
