hello I am a BMW owner looking to buy a new daily driver I’m use to the German tech but I did own a Tundra for a while that was just recently crashed was looking for something fuel efficient stumbled upon a few corollas I’m specifically looking at a 2010 LE atm just curious to know what kind of things I should be looking for in terms of maintenance, recalls, or just typical problems I should look for while searching any input would be great I really look forward to owning one! Ps most of the ones I’ve seen are in 60,000+ mile range I’d love lower but that’s just what’s common

The 10th gen Corolla has been a very reliable car as most all Corollas are. The best bet is to get one that you know had regular maintenance and was never wrecked. I love my 2009 Corolla S.

Buy a used bmw

Why? A Corolla is a lot more reliable and less expensive to maintain then a BMW is for a DD. My neighbor loves BMW's but he would never have one for his DD. He has a 2010 Mazda 6 for that role and my other car guy neighbor has a 2015 Corolla S.
