LEDs

Alright. I have managed to take a few pics with the COB LEDs I ordered and a Blue LED spool. At first I wanted to put the COB LEDs into the grill to use as DRLs and fog light additions but turned out that there are no good places to mount them securely. The COB LEDs are stupid bright, waterproof, and cheap($12).I also wanted to see what blue would look like behind the grill to light it up.My three options for placement would be:
1.) Behind the grill to light up the inside.
2.) In the hood to light up the engine compartment at night
3.) In the trunk.

Attached are the pics.

---2: COB LEDs behind the grill

---3: Blue LEDs behind the grill(Did not really place them, just threw part of the spool behind the grill.

Where I bought everything:

I don't know how blue the spool looks in real life, but you need to know that most jurisdictions prohibit blue lights in the front unless you're driving an emergency vehicle. Heck, blue dot taillights are illegal in a lot of states.

I like the hood idea. I wouldn't mind mounting a light there in case I need to check my oil or something at night, but I have a Fenix PD35 flashlight and the little guy is bright.

And I mean bright.

That third photo in the list is just one of the COB LEDs. No light inside the garage, no light from the outside, and no flash from the camera. You get TWO of the COB LEDs.

And yeah obviously wire the LEDs to a toggle switch lol.
