Is there such thing as OEM hood bra?

Just bought my 2016 Corolla, and was wondering if they sell OEM hood bars for the car. Ive seen the knock-off brands, which arent bad, but I kind a want an OEM one. If you know where to find one or know where to buy them, please let me know. Im in San Diego!

Those things are a pain, and they'll destroy your paint. Toyota doesn't make a bra, but they have a clear 3M protectant for bumpers and hoods.

Do you recommend applying the 3M protectant, or just face the reality and acknowledge that its going to get dings here n there...?

I have the clear bra and I love it, definitely worth it. I have no chips on my hood where it covers. Does its job saving the paint.

I didn't opt for it, but I wish I would have. Everytime I wash the car I see more stone chips, and it is definitely annoying.

I gave up on getting a bra for my car so I'm going to just let it get bad then RE do the front and buy the clear bra after

Its kind of weird because we are taught to not opt for any of the dealer add ons but clear bra is one I definitely think is worth getting. I think the dealer usually charges like 500 or something like that and you get the mirrors, hood, bumper, and front of fenders. The clear bra shop in my town charges 1300 for that package.

I think you all notice. That hood gets it badly. That's the only thing that needs the clear plastic cover. I may do mine.
