How to fix this Wires

well, what is are the wires for? headlight, fog light? rear light? If it is for a light (as an example) then the socket from a new light could be bought and the wires spliced to the end of what is left attached to the car. Not to hard of a fix, but with that many might take some time, to do it correctly.
yea no kidding. cpu or brakes. or both. find out exactly then see it where you cut it. is there another end like the end that cut. same color wire same pattern of cut. next step depends on your skill level but if you dont have a soder kit and some experience and the wires are to your cpu or your brakes witch you both need not to fail.
