I have a 2018 Toyota Corolla le and seen on the u tube that I could get a gps etune installed had anybody done that

I did that myself with an actual OEM Entune Plus from eBay (not the Scout GPS). I have had it a year now, and working like new. You can find the units for a couple hundred at specific times, and then purchase an aftermarket GPS if the unit you bought didn't come with the OEM (mine was bundled with the GPS antenna).

There is also a company that advertises it but they want too much for their units, and I heard the lead time was too great (and this was before the pandemic).
