If you are going OEM fog lights, your Corolla should be already be pre-wire for the fog lights (you need to look for them).

i havent seen a aftermarket kit or toyota hasnt came out with just fog lights for the 2017 yet, just daytime running lights that turn off when your headlights come on.... you can turn them off in settings on the radio so only the led strips on the headlights come on but your bumper led's dont.... i hate that part of my 2017 XSE

I dont think the 2017 is wired for fog lights because its not a option you can get on them. At least not on my SE.
