i have a 2000 corolla and the other day the taillights stayed on all night and killed the battery. jumped the car and it does start and run. however, i have no drl's, clock, radio, a/c, steering column controls and no gear selector functions. also at the fuse block under the dash the only fuse that has power is the ignition fuse. no fuse in the block was blown. swapped relays on back side of fuse block and nothing changed. suspect integration relay box or the fuse block itself to be bad. any thoughts?
