My 2009 Corolla S doesn't turn over anymore, I tried jumping it and I tested the battery and it has 12.5v. I don't really know where to go for here unless it's the starter.

Itake a look see where the water level is at of the battery? maintenance free does not mean ignore the fluid level it means it should be free of issues for a certain time
