Corolla electrical wiring diagram

#1
Hi gents,
New to the forum, have been browsing a while and have been very impressed by all the advice and discussion.
I own a 2000 Corolla 4EFE engine as my daily runaround. Recently the turn signal has been failing intermittently, it now doesnt work at all. Would anybody have a workshop manual with an electrical wiring diagram for the turn signal/hazard circuit and also be able to tell me where the various components in the circuit are situaed (fuse, relay etc.)
Many thanks for your time.

You should be able to pick up a Haynes manual from your local auto parts store. The one you need covers the Geo/Chevrolet Prizm/Toyota Corolla from 1993 to 2002, I believe. I couldn't find a Chilton manual though. They have the electrical diagrams in there, along with information about completely tearing down and rebuilding the car.

Have a great day.:)

I'm attaching a scanned copy of the lighting systems. It'll include the headlights, turn signals/hazard lights, interior lights, and rear lights. As for the locations, I won't be able to give you exact locations, as I just purchased a 1999 myself. One suggestion is to try replacing the relay that controls both the turn signals and hazard lights. It's located in the fuse panel. Simply pull it out, and replace it with an identical one. If you have an owners manual, it should have the fuse box diagram in it. If you don't have one, you can find it online at various locations.

Hope this helps. Have a great day. :)
