Corolla 2013 A/C Compressor Stuck on

Hi
My 2013 corolla LE has a weird AC compressor problem the compressor is always engaged and running even when the technician unplugged the power and control circuits
from the compressor .
is a stuck clutch possible as a cause or is there something else that i'am missing .

Sounds like you may have a short-to-voltage somewhere along your AC compressor's electrical path. Check along your compressor's positive wire (the power draw), not the ground wire, to see if it maybe the wire is melted to or touching the positive wire of another device. Keep in mind that a short-to-voltage is not the same as a short-to-ground. Both are the two types of electrical shorts.
