I am under 70K, and its 5 years later. Everyone has their own personal preference? 100Kon the Safe side, Most newer cars are 110K maintenance free.

If I remember what my CR-V book said 120k.

I would use Toyota coolant. It's already mixed. But if you don't want to just get the GL5 I believe it is. Which is a global coolant that you mix yourself. And you don't need to flush it, you can just drain and fill it. I'd do every 50k miles.

To add fuel to the Fire..

I agree to keep OEM AF. I at one time had to have a shop do work and they said the ole green stuff is just as good, not on my corolla another car. 5 years down the road nothing ever happened. So who do you believe???

Well I'm a Toyota Technician. And actually the old red Toyota coolant is better than the new pink. The new pink is thinner so it is more prone to leaking out of the waterpump vent. But yea the old green was good, but only when the whole system was green. But when adding I would use the global coolant like GL5.
