Are these brakes normal?

I bought my 14 SPlus new and just had my 150k mile service and am still on the original brakes. That is awesome, but wondering if that was normal.

You must have excellent driving habits. I think most are lucky to get 90-100K miles.

I just had to replace my fronts at 70k, do you do alot of highway driving?

Check your rears as well the yare half the fronts thickness but get less Wear. Excellent run on them. if you feel they got beef left keep on trucking

We got 100K years ago, then 60K.

i drive mostly highway and roll out my stops as mush as possible. at 80k my brakes showed very little wear.

That's the same driving technique I use. At 55K miles I still have 50% brake material on the front and 70% on the rear.

Yes, I drive on the interstate about 40 miles a day and about 30 miles off interstate, but I judge my stops accordingly. Coast and gear down at times also.

My 2015 LE is 4 yrs old, has 40k miles on it. When I checked the brakes before I got it inspected in March it had easily 80% left on front pads and the rear shoes looked like new. I plan for my stops, do a mix of highway & city driving.
