After disconnecting or changing battery on my car it took about 45 minutes to an hour of running time for the ECM to 're-learn' everything before it started running normal.
Drive your car for 20 mins on a straight road at 80 km/hr and push the accelerator pedal at the same position (if possible) while driving. The car speed will go slightly up and down and ECM will adjust itself.
