Adding turn signal mirrors

So I removed my mirror cover tonight, hoping I would see a connector inside. No connector but there is an area where the turn signals could mount.
I have a '14 LE and always wanted the S mirrors.
Has anyone tried to add this feature?

Honestly I would think that it is easier to get the S mirrors and switch them out.

I was checking out prices online earlier, they are in the $350 range for OEM.
I can but the lights for $19 each and the cover for $45 each. Then all I would need is the correct wiring harness. Maybe from a local junkyard since people like to play Corolla bumper cars around here. Lol!

Got my turn signals today.
Does not appear to be serviceable. Guess I'm gonna have to check the local junkyards for wiring.
This isn't looking like an easy mod.
I probably won't order the S mirror covers until I know that I can use these.
Anyways, these cost me about $19 each plus shipping.
